Thank YouThank You!

I want to extend my heartfelt gratitude to my loyal readers, followers, and even those who might jokingly consider themselves stalkers - in the best way. My mission has always been to share my truth [even when it might sting a bit] and provide valuable insights to help you navigate the challenges that might hold you back from accomplishing your business dreams and aspirations.

I genuinely understand the burdens you carry at times, and I always strive to provide you with a moment of clarity, hope, or just a feeling of knowing you are not alone.  I've been in your shoes—having previously owned a printing company. I know the fears of losing customers, managing workload, and the anxiety that comes when business slows down. It can be frustrating when employees call out and scary when you lose long-term valuable employees.  I've spent many sleepless nights worrying about meeting payroll because of slow-paying customers. I've wrestled with self-doubt, constantly questioning my decisions and my place in this industry.  But, as you can see, I’m still here and loving every minute.  Okay…maybe not every minute, but you know what I mean!

Most importantly, I want to express my deep appreciation for allowing me to share this space with you. Your time is precious, and I’m thankful you spend some of it with me twice a month.

For 2025, I am working on several column ideas [series] to enhance customer value, increase sales and profits, improve customer experiences, and how to heal your company’s culture.  There is definitely more to come on this. I’m casting a wide net here!

Additionally, if you want me to cover something specific, please contact me at [email protected]. Your comments and suggestions are always welcome and encouraged.

Again, thank you for a GREAT 2024!
