Walk with me for a moment. A company’s mission statement defines its purpose and how it will achieve its goals, while a vision statement describes its desired future state, guiding long-term planning and inspiring employees. Possibly, these statements are proudly posted somewhere in your facility as a reminder of the path you aim to take.

So, I couldn’t help but wonder - what would happen if we posted Our Customer’s Vision for everyone to see - employees, customers, prospects, and even our vendors.

Would this lead to:

  • Employees are more thoughtful and accountable.
  • Customers are assured that we always have their best interests in mind and are dedicated to upholding their vision.
  • Prospects viewing us as their future print provider, knowing we would be committed to their vision?
  • Vendors recognize that doing business with us is secure and worthwhile because we genuinely care for our customers.
     

By displaying Our Customer’s Vision, we create an environment where kindness and hope can flourish. This visual reminder is a constant prompt for empathy, encouraging employees to approach their work with purpose, quality, and kindness.   Who knows what goodness could come of this?  I have included a sample of content and design for your review – feel free to make it your own!
