An American Printer Invitation
By Andy & Julie Plata

Let’s face it – the print, packaging and direct mail industry needs to attract trained and skilled millennial talent as long-term employees.

To help fill that void, we began serving as advisors to the University of Houston’s Digital Media Program. We are extremely impressed by their graphic arts modernization initiative integrates print and packaging with nine digital and motion media disciplines.

Having met many of the students who are now graduating, we are happy to invite the print community to attend the Digital Media Program’s first Virtual Career Mixer.

We invite print and media professionals across the USA to attend this Digital Media Virtual Career Mixer. Meet with graduates possessing a unique blend of cross-media communications skills on Wednesday May 20. After registering you will be offered a 2-hour time slot at 3-5, 4-6 or 5-7 PM CT. The Mixer is conducted via Microsoft Teams.

Once registered, the University will confirm your registration your interview time and Microsoft  TEAMS login information.

If you have questions regarding the event, please contact us at [email protected].
