Is This Business…. Really ….This Easy……….???

INTRODUCTION:

My interviews were going well……It was a new project for a long-term client, who recently expanded…. their Wide-Format capabilities.

Now, they wanted to “Upgrade” --- to an Inside Sales Team.

Then…..their Delivery Person’s interview comments…. stopped me…..

“I see printing needs everywhere I go….everyday…..banners are torn or faded --- in need of replacement…...vehicle decals are damaged….and look terrible….you can’t read them……someone needs to contact these people…..…. their signage is not helping them…!”

Opportunity1“Could you take a photo…. and jot-down the location and phone number, and get it back to our Inside Sales Rep…..…she can use that photo when she calls the prospect….I’ll bet we can get you a $10 cash bonus in your pay envelope ….when the sale occurs…..you’d follow-up with your Inside Sales Rep, wouldn’t you…..?”

“Sure………that’s easy…”

Next Chapter to this Saga:………..Other company employees quickly wanted to know if they had the same opportunity…..to bring back leads…with photos….and earn $10 extra…cash….?

We were creating a “Selling --- Customer-driven Organization.”

SUMMARY:
