INTRODUCTION:
Listening closely to a Zoom-based Peer Group discussion today…it was impossible to not hear ……key phrases….
--- “A previous customer…. called me last week….. project should be over $25,000…….going into Texas….”
And…..
--- “They didn’t ask for a price…. before sending us the specs…..P.O…..and asking for a commitment on delivery……!”
And….
--- “We’ve just gotten a beginning set of orders for a mattress chain…(then…on questioning)….they’ve got 40 stores needing targeted, personalized direct mail…and big wall-to-wall signage… throughout each store….to feed customer’ imaginations….”
And…
--- “Fleets that were on restricted budgets… now suddenly want their updated Vehicle Graphics…yesterday…..!”
And…
--- “Retail…. is practically… on fire……!”
SUMMARY:
Market conditions are changing faster than you may be able to (re)act.
- Customers… are getting vaccinated…by the tens of 1,000’s….!
- “Positive” -- “Virus Test Results” – are dropping… like a rock….
- Schools… are opening-up….(Thank God…!)
- Restaurants… night spots…weekend getaways….are… opening-up….
- Malls …have traffic….and want customers to know what’s on special.
And….
Who you talked to… last week….has a different opinion… today… re. what they want to accomplish….NOW....!
