INTRODUCTION:
Are you tired of mediocrity……yet….?
What performance do you think will be different… a year from now…? Three years from now…?
Is lack of written objectives – for Improvement – not listed and seen in public – so that no one would know they had not achieved what was needed or expected…? Including you…?
You in particular know that – when just one associate starts performing at a higher level….a disequilibrium is set in motion….chaos is brewing…..!
Why else would you not develop “Performance Improvement Objectives” – for each department…. and several key individuals…that are listed….publicly…..?
SUMMARY:
You probably are not aware how much smarter today’s young employees are, relative to those you hired 10 and 20 years earlier. Today’s young employees quickly discern that if they aren’t being developed – this IS NOT where they should stay….!
