Carl Icahn Buys More & More Xerox Stock – Why?
Icahn owns 10% of Xerox Holdings Corporation and has been relentlessly buying more. Maybe the why is because revenues jumped to $1.77 billion in Q3 2020 from $1.47 billion. Operating cash flows increased from $34 million in Q2 2020 to $106 million. Cybersecurity products, IT solutions, and 3D metal printers are all set to score big going forward.

Avery Dennison Acquires ACPO
Avery Dennison has acquired the majority of Acpo's assets. "Our acquisition of Acpo will further strengthen our leadership in core label materials segments," said Mitch Butier, Avery Dennison's chairman, president, and CEO. "By adding Acpo's well-regarded and complementary overlaminate product, we are increasing our product portfolio and adding even more value for our customers."

COVID Relief Provisions
A Congressional bill with lots of extra items that go beyond its core purpose is referred to as a “Christmas Tree.” Congress passed such a bill, called the Consolidated Appropriations Act 2021 and it was signed by the president on December 27. Stanley J. Kukla Jr.
Stan Kukla was passionate about the printing business and enjoyed the many relationships he created over the years. Prior to retiring from Kukla Press, Stan was very involved in seeing the success of the Printing Industry. He was the President of the PIA/Web Offset Group, elected into the Printing Impressions Hall of Fame Gold Ink Awards in 1992. and a member of the Chicago Litho Club.
