Drupa 2021 Cancelled – What Now?Drupa 2020 was rescheduled to 2021 due to the Corona pandemic. But drupa has now canceled their 2021 event as the pandemic continues its negative effect. The next scheduled date for the print industry’s leading trade show is now expected to be 2024. In the interim, drupa will initiate a four-day "virtual.drupa" digital event over three days from April 20 to 23, 2021.

August Faller Targets 20 Percent Production IncreaseA new Rapida 76 is scheduled to go into production at August Faller next year. This high-end half-format press with seven printing units and twin coaters is expected to boost annual carton packaging production. "We expect to increase our production capacity to around 1 billion folding cartons per year, and then in further steps to as much as 1.4 billion,” said Krzysztof Krupa, director of the August Faller facility.
