MIS solutions provider Enterprise Print Management Solutions (EPMS)) announces a newly developed customer survey process with AP columnist Michael Casey’s Survey Advantage. EPMS has developed a Survey Advantage report utility to reduce the survey administration time to less than three minutes a month. EPMS now offers two ways to administer an early warning and alert system, as well as identifying leads within each account and generating referrals.

The utility, starting at $49 per month, automates the tasks associated with maintaining an ongoing customer feedback and reporting process.
