IWCO Direct (Chanhassen, MN) has successfully completed the acquisition of U.S. operations from Transcontinental Direct, a Montreal-based high-volume direct mail organization with facilities in Warminster and Hamburg, PA; Fort Worth, TX; and Downey, CA.
This transaction provides IWCO Direct a national footprint to further strengthen the company’s exceptional ability to execute and deliver highly effective direct marketing campaigns.
The transaction price amounts to (U.S.) $112.5 million. Transcontinental's direct mail group in the United States generated revenues of (U.S.) $153 million in 2009 and has about 1,200 employees.
