Suttle-Straus (Waunakee, WI) has completed the purchase of an additional 7.5 acres adjacent to its current property. With the additional land, it now has a total campus covering 15 acres. The company currently has two buildings with a total of 210,000 sq. ft. and could double that space in the future.
“Although we have no immediate plans for expansion, we felt it was important to secure this land to insure our ability to continue our growth and provide for our future plans” says John Berthelsen, president. Since 2001, Suttle-Straus has increased its total revenues from $19 million to $42 million in 2006. It currently employs more than 200 people.
Suttle-Straus services include Web-enabled communications, one to six-color sheetfed and web printing, variable-data imaging and distribution services. The company specializes in corporate communications, direct mail and advertising materials.
