RR Donnelley names Quinlan president, CEO

R.R. Donnelley & Sons Co. (Chicago) has appointed chief financial officer Thomas J. Quinlan III to succeed Mark A. Angelson as CEO, and also has elected Quinlan as president.

Angelson recently advised the company’s board of directors that he will retire from the company.

John R. Paloian, group president, RR Donnelley Global Print Solutions, will assume the role of chief operating officer. The changes reportedly will take effect later this spring.
