Quebecor World launches multichannel program

Quebecor World Inc.(Montreal) has launched an Integrated Multichannel Solutions (IMCS) program. IMCS is designed to help multichannel marketers achieve maximum return on their marketing investment through integrated solutions that target an ever-changing consumer across multiple channels.
“The consumer is in control. Many of our customers work very hard to integrate online and offline marketing initiatives that will ensure continued purchasing activity from a consumer who changes their buying behavior daily depending upon what is happening at a particular moment,” says Maura Packham, Quebecor World’s vice president, marketing. “Quebecor World has developed IMCS to help our customers bridge their cross-channel gaps and target the end-consumer more effectively.”
Aimed at improving the effectiveness of multichannel marketing, IMCS focuses on enhancing customer acquisition and retention, driving store traffic, increasing purchases per click on the Web, and revenue per response on direct marketing programs. IMCS provides the framework to build dynamic, flexible, data driven multichannel solutions that will reach a target audience more effectively by being where they are, when they are.
IMCS will help multichannel marketers leverage data intelligence, optimize media allocation, and integrate offline and online marketing programs, while simplifying the execution of multichannel efforts.
