Pageflex, a division of Bitstream Inc. (Cambridge, MA) announces Progressive Solutions has extended its use of Pageflex software to serve as the engine behind Frecklebox.com. The site is an online store for creating and purchasing personalized gifts for kids, including books, posters and journals.
"When our company decided to commit to this new endeavor, we looked to partner with software that could offer the flexibility, performance and support required to execute our vision of educating and entertaining children," says Mark Sarpa, president, Progressive Solutions. "Pageflex Storefront gave us the platform and dedication needed to make FreckleBox.com possible."
Pageflex provides a flexible, scalable platform to meet the demands of a broad spectrum of variable data projects, regardless of the media used to deliver them. No third-party software dependencies dictate workflow. One application supplies all functionality needed to produce all things variable including direct mail, business cards, signage, packaging and custom books. Campaigns can be extended to include personalized URLs (PURLs), microsites and HTML e-mail.
