VICE PRESIDENT - MALAYSIA

Our client is a regional leader in the field of Thin Film laminates specializing in food and electronic packaging materials. An established MNC organization, they are renowned for their innovative products, exceptional quality and consistency and their clients include brand names and market leaders in their respective industries.

Reporting to the President of the Group, you will oversee the entire operations of the Company with P&L responsibilities and will be based at the main plant within the Malaysian Central Region. This is a ‘hands-on’ role where you will provide leadership and direction to ensure the design and manufacture of quality products meet the highest standards at competitive costs. You are also expected to jumpstart the existing Sales & Marketing network within and beyond the Region and have the vision to transform the Company to be amongst the best in its field.

Ideally, you have been working for the last 15 years in established organizations; and know the ins and outs of the Thin Film Electronics & Food Packaging industry and the relevant technology. You should be at least degree qualified in Chemical Engineering or the Sciences with emphasis in chemical disciplines. Excellent communications and interpersonal skills together with the drive and determination to succeed are an added advantage. Exceptional candidates can expect to advance to the position of Chief Executive Officer within a relatively short span of time.
