The United States Postal Service has signed on to sponsor the 2004 Graphics of the Americas (GOA) trade show, which takes place January 23-25 at the Miami Convention Center. USPS will occupy booth number 1829, emphasizing education in mailing for print companies looking to expand their services.
USPS provides professional services and consultation for direct mail design, production, cost-control, forecasting and post-analysis marketing. At the convention, staff will be available to advise printers on best practices and how to take advantage of more than 4,000 postal discounts. Areas of interest include direct mail marketing, mailing/package services, USPS online services, rates, international mailing and specialized CRM tools.
Attendees of GOA 2003 indicated in a post-show survey that the number one area they wished to see expanded was mailing and fulfillment. Also, 25 percent of exhibitors mentioned plans to expand their mailing equipment and product offerings in the future to offer more postal systems, software and associated products.
