Merged companies announce ‘Transcontinental CC3’ identity

Mar 17, 2004 12:00 PM, AP staff

The direct-marketing services provider formerly known as CC3, which was acquired by Montreal-based Transcontinental Inc. in December 2003, has announced a formal identity change to the name Transcontinental CC3. The combined operations include Transcontinental’s U.S. litho printing capabilities and a fully operational 95,000-sq.-ft. facility in Dallas-Ft. Worth, TX. The merger reportedly makes the company one of the largest direct-marketing service providers/printers in North America, with the capacity to print more than 11 million litho printed forms and laser personalized letters per day. Transcontinental CC3 headquarters are in Ivyland, PA.

In related news, Transcontinental CC3’s West Coast facility was awarded the “Best Workplace in America” honor by Printing Industries of America for the third consecutive year. Criteria for this award includes financial security, culture, training and development, and health programs.
