Jun 3, 2003 12:00 PM, AP staff
KBA North America (Williston, VT) recently hosted 45 printers from the U.S. and Canada on a four-day visit to its world headquarters in Dresden, Germany. The main attraction was a KBA Rapida 105 41-inch press with 10 printing units and perfector. Four different print jobs were printed on the press. Other demonstrations involved hybrid technology on a Rapida 105 with coating tower and extended delivery, large-format printing of a brochure and packaging form on a Rapida 142 56-inch press, and printing of a four-page work-and-turn job on a 74 Karat digital press.
