IPA joins Ghent PDF workgroup

IPA, The Assn. of Graphic Solutions Providers (formerly the International Prepress Assn.) has become the newest member of the Ghent PDF Workgroup (Ghent, Belgium). IPA’s involvement brings the workgroup’s membership to 11 industry organizations, representing advertisers, media agencies and graphic-arts association across several countries. The workgroup, whose mission is to establish file-exchange specifications for digital workflows, also appointed a new chairwoman, Saskia Desmet, and launched a new website, GhentPDFWorkgroup.org.

The next meeting of the Ghent PDF Workgroup is scheduled for June 10.
