Feb 5, 2004 12:00 PM, AP staff
F.E. Treis, chairman of Arandell Corp. (Menomonee Falls, WI), was recently honored on his 60th anniversary with the company. Treis began as a sales rep for the company, formerly known as R & L Printing Co., in 1944. He acquired the business in 1949 and became chairman, helping the print shop become nationally recognized. In 1981, Arandell acquired a web offset company, E.F. Schmidt, and became known for catalog production through its work with Neiman Marcus. Today Arandell performs international work, has 660 employees and annual sales of more than $250 million. Donald, James and David Treis will carry on their father’s tradition; each currently works in Arandell’s upper management.
