Print Buyers Intl. launches online glossary
Apr 29, 2008 1:59 PM
Print Buyers Intl. (Chestnut Hill, MA) has launched a new "Print Buyer Glossary" at www.bostonprintbuyers.com (click "Resources"). This new resource is available to everyone from novices in the field to those who have decades of experience.
According to PBI founder Margie Dana, "One of the most exciting aspects is the fact that it will function much like a wiki. We encourage members of the industry, especially buyers, to submit terms for inclusion in our glossary. There's a form online for submitting entries. New terms will be incorporated regularly, resulting in relevant and current content."
In addition, PBI is in the process of building a subglossary to specifically target the industry's green printing and sustainability movement, which is developing as a major long-term trend.
