Prinova wins Visionary award from Exstream Software

Prinova Inc. (Toronto) announces the “SmartSummary” benefits statement it worked to develop with Humana Inc. (Louisville, KY) is the winner of Exstream Software’s 2006 Dialogue Visionary Award for the "Most Sophisticated Application." Presented at Exstream’s fifth annual North American user conference in Lexington, KY, October 22-24, 2006, the awards recognize customers who have achieved outstanding results using the company’s Dialogue enterprise personalization software.

Working with Prinova, Humana, one of the nation’s largest publicly traded health benefits company, was able to transform its commercial members’ experience. SmartSummary is a customized, full-color health benefits statement designed to deliver a clear view of a member’s health benefits and costs.

Prinova used Dialogue as the foundation for its approach, which combined creative and technical skills to design a statement that would meet Humana’s business and communication objectives. With the solution, Humana has been able to deliver statements to market quickly.
