Presstek, Inc. (Hudson, NH) has appointed Mark J. Levin as president, Americas region. In this role, Levin will be responsible for establishing and managing the overall sales, service and customer relationship strategy for the company’s Americas region and will report directly to Jeff Jacobson, president and CEO.
“Mark is a skilled leader recognized within the printing industry for increasing organizational effectiveness and building strong customer relationships,” says Jacobson. “He brings an excellent combination of both an in-depth equipment and consumables background. His experience at Heidelberg and Sun Chemical will be a key asset to the growth of our sales channels as we continue to expand the reach of our DI digital offset presses and deliver customer-focused solutions for the changing print landscape.”
Levin served as president of Sun Chemical’s North American commercial group. Before joining Sun Chemical, he spent 24 years with Heidelberger Druckmaschinen, where he served as senior vice president of web presses and vice president of sales for North America.
“I am very excited about joining Jeff Jacobson and the members of the Presstek team,” says Levin. “Presstek offers a solid portfolio of digital offset solutions which provide real value for today’s evolving print environment. I see a great opportunity to expand the use of these solutions.”
