Presstek debuts 52DI press with aqueous coater

Presstek (www.presstek.com) announces the new Presstek 52DI-AC, which is a 52DI press with a built-in aqueous coater. The 52DI-AC digital offset press will expand and differentiate the services that printing businesses can offer their clients. The addition of the inline aqueous coater to the Presstek 52DI digital offset press means that printers can now quickly turn around cost-effective, high-quality, short-run color with the added visual appeal and durability that aqueous coating provides.

This opens up additional opportunities for Presstek to expand up-market by providing large printers with the ability to meet their customer’s demand for high quality, aqueous coated printing in quantities of 500 to 20,000.
