Océ opens Customer Experience Center

Océ (Trumbull, CT) has opened its new Customer Experience Center, a multimillion-dollar, 18,000-sq.-ft. facility in Boca Raton, FL. It provides Océ customers and prospects with hands-on access to the company's full line of digital printing hardware and software innovations. In addition, the facility offers customized visits, live technology demonstrations, professional services, as well as application and paper testing.
The center demonstrates how customers can leverage Océ technology to increase productivity, achieve new process efficiencies, reduce costs and grow profits.
“The Océ Customer Experience Center demonstrates exactly what Océ innovations can do for customers' businesses, supports them in developing their document strategies, and provides insight into how they can leverage advanced technology to grow their businesses. Our mission is to provide a personalized, interactive experience that is informative, productive and enjoyable for our guests,” says Tom Lee, director of customer and sales programs, Production Printing Systems, Océ North America.
The new Océ Customer Experience Center is home to the expanded Océ Executive Briefing Program, which has hosted some 2,000 visitors to date, with programs tailored to each customer's unique needs and markets. Guests benefit from a customized combination of intensive educational sessions, product and application demonstrations, application testing, subject matter presentations, and real-world case studies. Océ expects to welcome several hundred customers a year from around the world to the program.
