Four NAQP members were awarded top honors at the NAQP Owners Conference in Chicago. The Survey Advantage NAQP awards recognize printers who offer the highest levels of service quality, product quality, customer loyalty and client share as measured by clients and print buyers. The awards focus on how customers rate these four aspects of the customer relationship.
Advantage Copying and Printing (Dodgeville, WI) won the “Best Overall Product Quality Award” with 98 percent Product Quality Satisfaction. Product quality was measured across a total of 9 product categories obtaining 493 out of 503 scores on product quality as Satisfied or Very Satisfied.
Ready Print (Pittsburg, CA) won the “Best Overall Service Quality Award” with 97 percent Customer Service Satisfaction. Service Quality was measured across a total of 14 categories with them achieving 586 of 598 service quality ratings as Satisfied or Very Satisfied.
Balsley Printing (Loves Park, IL) won the “Best Customer Loyalty Award” with 98 percent of his customers stating they are Likely or Very Likely to recommend Balsley to others. 95 of 198 customers participating in the study stated they are likely or very likely to recommend Balsley and stated they are overall satisfied or very satisfied with Balsley Printing.
Curry Printing (Westborough, MA) won the “Best Client Share Award” earning the highest print buy percentage per client. 62 percent, or 94 of the 151 customers participating in the survey, have high enough confidence in Curry Printing to award them over half of all their printing needs. And 42 percent of their customers award them over 75 percent of their printing needs.
“As part of our ongoing effort to help our members stay abreast of their customers’ needs, preferences, and business objectives, we’re excited about the Survey Advantage system.” said Steve Johnson, President of NAQP. “Congratulations to the four printers who continue to keep the pulse of their customers and react to changing customer needs.”
