Kodak launches online printing service
Mar 15, 2007 1:54 PM
Eastman Kodak Co. (Rochester, NY) has launched a new, online design and printing service called Kodak Creative Network. Geared toward small business and home offices, it combines design and printing services, offering one-stop online shopping for a wide range of printed marketing materials. These include business cards, postcards, flyers, calendars, posters, rack cards and sales sheets.
The site provides industry-specific templates to build documents, and finishing options include a variety of binding styles, sizes and coatings.
Kodak’s Creative Network accommodates short-run orders and doesn’t charge a setup fee, and consultations are provided online at no additional cost.
Jeff Hayzlett, chief marketing officer and vice president, Kodak Graphic Communications Group (GCG), has issued the following statement:
“Kodak Creative Network is in response to requests from our customers to drive more demand for print business. Production for the Kodak Creative Network, Kodak EasyShare Gallery and other independent online services is done by Kodak customers utilizing Kodak NexPress solutions. Our customers are asking for more business, and we're doing everything we can to get more of it to them.”
