May 7, 2004 2:30 PM, AP staff

John Winter, a 25-year veteran of the printing industry, has purchased The Ink Spot of Quincy, MA. The 24-yr.-old operation offers small-format two- and four-color print services to commercial customers in the greater Boston region.

Winter was most recently the vice president and general manager of UniGraphic, Inc. (Woburn, MA), a prepress house and commercial printer. He plans to continue The Ink Spot’s specialization in two-color commercial work as well as digital printing services.
