HP appoints director and GM to Inkjet Industrial Division

HP (Palo Alto, CA) has appointed Gal Barak as the director and general manager of the HP America’s Inkjet Industrial Division (IID), formerly Scitex Vision America.
Previously, Barak managed Scitex Vision in Mexico and Latin America, helping make it one of the company’s leading units in growth and customer relations.
“I wish Gal success in his new, important challenge to increase our current market share in the graphic arts, packaging and displays markets,” says Dov Ofer, vice president and general manager, IID, HP. “I am confident that Gal will continue to build strong customer relations along with a dedicated, customer service-oriented business which will further strengthen our market position.”
Isaac Castiel will continue to manage HP IID in Mexico, reporting to Gal Barak.
