The Gutenberg and Digital Outlook event, convening in Los Angeles April 28-30, offers graphic communications professionals nearly 40 in-depth educational sessions focusing on new business opportunities, operational improvement and technology developments.
The Graphic Arts Show Co. (GASC) (Reston, VA) is offering an Attendee Assistant program here. This feature enables visitors to create their own personalized planners and preselect seminars to attend, exhibits to visit, and appointments to arrange during the show.
The seminar program, which begins the day before the exhibition opens, includes three full-day sessions providing tutorials on topics such as Total Quality Management, estimating, and printing technology. The seminars run from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm on Wednesday and Friday, April, 27 and 29.
Thirty-six half-day seminars, 17 of which involve digital technology, are designed for everyone from industry newcomers to seasoned veterans seeking to guide their businesses into new areas. Topics include variable-data printing, color management, PDF, cash flow, digital fine-art printing and mailing.
