Direct Group acquires Coupon Service Corp.

Direct marketing company Direct Group (Trenton, NJ) has acquired Coupon Service Corp. (Jersey City, NJ). Both companies specialize in high volume, time-sensitive direct mail. The acquisition was made in part by private equity firm Schroder Ventures US. This transaction is said to be the first step in Direct Group's aggressive expansion strategy.
