ColorGraphics acquires George Rice & Sons

ColorGraphics (Los Angeles) reports it has acquired nearby competitor George Rice & Sons from Quebecor World (Montreal). George Rice & Sons is one of the oldest printing establishments on the West Coast.
Says ColorGraphics president and CEO Chris Madison, "This acquisition complements our vision by combining the best elements of a company like George Rice & Sons with the people, equipment and processes that have brought us success at ColorGraphics."
