Chromaticity delivers customer support, dealer certification

Color technology and management provider Chromaticity (Grand Rapids, MI) will deliver technical support services and a dealer certification program for GMG's entire line of color management products. As part of the agreement, Chromaticity will provide a technical support website with a searchable knowledge database and on-line tracking of support issues, as well as automated e-mail notification for GMG customers. In addition, Chromaticity will offer a dealer certification program to help ensure that each dealer location representing GMG's products has a trained, certified installer.
