Valco Graphics acquired by Cenveo

Cenveo Inc. (Englewood, CO) has acquired Seattle-based Valco Graphics, a printing, finishing and fulfillment company. Valco will merge with Cenveo's Graphic Arts Center in Seattle to operate from a single facility. Cenveo also will add a six-color and an eight-color sheetfed press, for a total of three sheetfed presses and one web press. Currently Cenveo has 39 envelope and 36 commercial and digital-print facilities in North America, plus a data-management and fulfillment center with five distribution hubs.
