Cenveo to acquire ColorGraphics

Cenveo, Inc. (Stamford, CT) has signed a definitive merger agreement to acquire Madison/Graham ColorGraphics, Inc. (Los Angeles) ColorGraphics is one of the largest printers in the western United States with approximately $170 million in revenue.

The transaction is projected to be completed in July and is expected to be accretive to earnings. It is subject to other conditions that were not disclosed.

Chris Madison, the senior executive and president of ColorGraphics, will remain with the company following the acquisition.
