CPI acquires NCL Graphics

Sheetfed print company Consolidated Press, Inc. (CPI) (Elk Grove Village, IL) has acquired the assets of NCL Graphics (Elk Grove Village, IL), a prepress and graphic-design firm. The resulting NCL Communications division has given CPI added pre-media, web design and data archiving capabilities.
The company launched Variable Marketing Solutions in 2003, adding four-color variable, digital and print-on-demand services. CPI reportedly plans to continue pursuing acquisitions that will enhance its products and services.
