WAM!NET, Zuma alliance

WAM!NET (Eagan, MN), a provider of information technology and digital content management services, and Zuma Interactive (Pomona, CA), a developer of customized software solutions, will offer a new project management and data storage service that will allow organizations with multiple partners or locations to track, store, archive and manage their projects and production collaboratively within a digital environment.
The companies’ joint offering will make SmarTrack 2.0, Zuma’s project-tracking software application, and WAM!NET’s remote, online data storage and archive service available via WAM!NET’s global network.
SmarTrack 2.0 provides online production management specifically for print providers and print buyers. The software automates and streamlines basic and complex production processes, such as the creation of job specifications, job editing, upload and download of project files, job trackig and e-mail notification. WAM!NET storage services, available on an outsourced subscription basis, offer remote, centralized storage and archive capabilities for clients who require global accessibility to content. Customers and their workflow partners access WAM!NET storage libraries and associated services via WAM!NET’s managed global network or the public Internet.
