Tech Services International to support Sericol's inkjet flatbed press

Tech Services International LLC (TSI), (Kennett Square, PA) has entered into an agreement with Sericol Imaging (Kansas City, KS) to provide presite, installation, spare parts distribution and ongoing support for the Inca Digital Eagle 44 ink jet flatbed press.

The terms of the agreement designate TSI as a service and support provider for Sericol’s installations in North America. TSI will be implementing on site emergency and routine service, service contracts, telephone support, installation, training, spare parts warehousing and distribution, and front-end support.

Sericol is the printing division of the Burmah Castrol Chemicals Group, which has recently been acquired by BP Amoco, and has research and development facilities with over 80 chemists working in the UK, USA, India and Australia. Sericol Imaging, the ink jet division of Sericol develops and manufacturs novel ink systems for the drop-on-demand ink jet market.
