PRODUCTION MANAGER WANTED

National Converter and Flexographic Printing Company is seeking a talented individual to fill a Production/Press Room Manager position in a southwestern plant.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in films, wide-web flexo printing (line and process), and laminations.

• 3+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.

• Basic knowledge and familiarity of general quality control procedures required.

• BA/BS degree a big plus, though not required
  

• High motivation / good work ethic / hands-on mentality
