Robert J. Gourley, CEO of Heartland Imaging Companies (Kansas City, KS), has received the 2001 Innovator Award by the North American Graphic Arts Suppliers Assn. (NAGASA). The Innovator Award is presented to an individual or company that promotes and adopts "business practices with a potential for improved channel operations." Gourley was recognized for his recent work with VieNet, an Internet-based e-commerce system designed to streamline supply chain management.
