Provide dedicated division support by Sales and Development of custom engineered solutions for Fasson Roll North America Division customers.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Manage the development of new specialty products for customers by:
Clearly defining customer requirements (customer needs and expectations)
Assessing and quantifying the project’s opportunity
Working with vendors to identify and procure new raw materials
Selecting optimal materials, assets and processes for economic success
Organizing and conducting manufacturing trials to qualify and scale up new products
Coordinating customer evaluations necessary for product commercialization
Establishing product specifications and pricing.
Build excellent customer relationships, providing development
and marketing support to customers.
Champion and sell the Specialty capability and products to the customers.
Build strong supplier and manufacturing relationships.
Provide quick response service to customers, field sales, technical assistance, product information, and specialty processes.
Conduct training/ promotion of the Specialty Divisions capabilities to: customers, field sales, manufacturing and customer service.
Support the Specialty Division team environment by: sharing supplier and product information with all CPE’s and Business Managers, coaching.
Proven project leadership with $2 to $ 3 MM sales results per year.
Excellent knowledge of papers, films, adhesives, coating processes, label manufacturing and converting, and packaging materials or processes.
Technical degree and business degree preferred.
