Kinko’s, Inc. (Ventura, CA) has appointed Gary Kuskin as president and CEO. Former president and CEO George Tamke, a principal of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, Inc. (CD&R), will become chairperson of Kinko’s board of directors. CD&R owns about 40 percent of Kinko’s. B. Charles Ames, also a CD&R principal, will serve as vice chairperson. Kuskin joins Kinko’s from HQ Global Workplaces, Inc., where he served as CEO. While there, the exec helped transform HQ from a regional executive office suite business to a provider of workplace solutions with more than 460 locations in 17 countries and more than $600 million in sales.
