httprint (San Francisco) has formed a strategic alliance with Emmperative, a provider of enterprise marketing management (EMM) software and services. The companies will jointly market their print production and enterprise marketing management solutions to global 1000 companies.
Founded in collaboration with Procter & Gamble, Emmperative lets multi-functional teams deliver better products and initiatives faster and more cost-effectively. In addition to Procter & Gamble, current clients include Philips Electronics, the Coca-Cola Company and Standard Chartered Bank. Together, Emmperative and httprint will enable customers to leverage their integrated solution to aggregate print purchasing, collaborate with vendors, streamline the print management process, and centralize knowledge and brand assets.

Emmperative and httprint will release their integrated solution in the latter half of Q1 2002. The first corporate customer slated to benefit from the alliance is a global enterprise leader in the electronics industry. Emmperative and httprint will offer the company a single e-commerce solution for all of its marketing management needs. The company will be able to access and utilize httprint's digital asset management tools directly from Emmperative to catalog and print its marketing materials, while also gaining the ability to outsource projects, including estimating and budgeting and supplier management processes, to httprint's campaign management team.
