Exstream Software, Inc. (Lexington, KY) is hosting its first annual Dialogue User Conference, May 5-7 at The Embassy Suites in Lexington, Kentucky. More than 100 Dialogue users from around the world are scheduled to attend.
The keynote presentation will be conducted by James Lundy, research director for Gartner (Stamford, CT), a strategic consulting services firm. Lundy will discuss the future of enterprise personalization, including multi-channel delivery and interactive publishing. Additionally, some participants will present best practices and share their experiences on how to get the most out of Dialogue.
The conference features three tracks of educational sessions for attendees—a business track for case studies, best practice techniques and tips on maximizing ROI; a management track for overviews of Dialogue software suites and modules, as well as sessions covering the new version 3.0 product release and Exstream's Resolve and Exchange customer-support systems; and a technical track which will provide users with product demonstrations and tips & techniques on how to use Dialogue most effectively.
