Dynagram (Quebec City, QB), manufacturer of DynaStrip imposition software, has purchased DK&A's (San Diego) INposition product line. The transaction is effective immediately.
DynaStrip is a stand-alone product that can reportedly handle the most complex impositions. INposition can impose native QuarkXPress files as well as EPS files from any applications.
Noted David King, founder of DK&A, "We were seeking a company that would complete development of our INposition suite of products thereby taking imposition technology a step further. Dynagram has both the technology and the resources to continue the INposition product line. I am convinced that our 12,000+ INposition users worldwide will benefit from this acquisition."
Sales and technical support services will be provided from Dynagram's new offices in San Diego, and London, as well as from its headquarters in Quebec City, QB.
