Carey Color installs platemaking systems

Carey Color (Cleveland, OH) has installed three thermal CTP platemaking systems. Two systems are in place at their Ohio facility; one has been installed at a Chicago printer as part of its facilities management program. The Luscher Xpose 160 handles formats up to 67 x 54-inches, and the 180 handles up to 80 x 59-inches. Carey Color uses 45 different plate sizes, including both aluminum and stainless steel bi-metal plates.
