ROLE OBJECTIVE:
Provide financial and analytical support to FRNA Leadership team, shared services and FRWW Leadership Team

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Provide financial & analytical support to FRNA and FRWW leadership.

• Support Monthly closing process, as well as, investigate and resolve potential issue raised by Corp or FRWW.

• Create and issue monthly and quarterly and annual reporting and analysis to drive business performance.

• Consolidate and issue monthly, quarterly and annual World Wide Reporting and Analysis, as well as, adhoc support analysis.

• Lead efforts in development and implementation of new management reporting tools within FRWW.

• A leading role in the coordination of accurate and timely strategic planning, forecasting and annual operating plan.

• Coordinate and consolidate World Wide Forecasting, Strat Planning and Annual Operating Plan.

• Perform ongoing analysis and provide valuable recommendations on strategic projects and various business initiatives throughout the organization.

• Provide direct financial support to various shared service departments. Support Group financial expense budgets for monthly closing process and planning.

• Provide business leaders with superior Financial services through immediate and accurate analysis as required.

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance. CPA or MBA a strong plus.

• Strong PC skills … fairly advanced Excel and Microsoft Access. Hyperion experience a strong want. .

• 3+ years professional experience.
