(WICHITA, Kan.) -- McCormick Armstrong -- a commercial printer with web and sheet fed capabilities, direct mail, catalog, fulfillment, distribution, and other brand management operations -- has added Gina Rice to its customer service and sales support team. Rice, a 20-year veteran of the graphic arts and specialty printing business, is well known to Wichita area printing clients through her work in a similar capacity at another of the area’s major commercial printers.
Rice will not only handle direct accounts, she will assist others on the McCormick Armstrong sales team by performing customer needs assessments and implementing new procedures designed to improve efficiency and product delivery time for clients.
"Any time you can add someone of Gina’s tenacity and sales experience to the team, that’s a home run," said Jake Shaffer, McCormick Armstrong’s President and CEO. "Gina pays meticulous attention to detail, is a first-rate communicator and a highly resourceful problem solver," Shaffer said. "Clients look to her for advice on their print-related projects and depend on her exemplary service. She’s a tremendous asset to our team and we’re thrilled she’s joined McCormick Armstrong."
"I love to focus on solution-selling," Rice said. "I love the challenge of reviewing a customer’s needs and finding multiple ways we can support their efforts through printing, direct mail or product fulfillment. It’s a win-win when we, as a printer, can provide multiple avenues of products and service that help the customer increase sales, heighten visibility, and achieve more than expected. McCormick Armstrong is more than printing on paper; it’s a solutions-driven company that is available to aid customers in multiple communications channels."
