REINDL BINDERY ACQUIRES NICHOLSTONE

Reindl Bindery Co., Inc. (Glendale, WI) has acquired Nicholstone Bindery (Smyrna, TN). The new subsidiary is called Reindl Nicholstone, LLC, and will provide bookbinding, packaging, loose-leaf, deluxe-binding, decorating and multimedia services. It will be managed by Ken Green in the Smyrna, TN, location.
