PRESSTEK APPOINTS MARINO PRESIDENT, CEO

Presstek, Inc. (Hudson, NH) has appointed Edward J. Marino as president and CEO, succeeding Robert Hallman. Marino has served on the company's board of directors for the past two years. He will transition from his current position as president and CEO of Lightning Source, Inc., a print-on-demand and digital-content delivery company serving the book-publishing industry. Marino previously held such positions as president of Danka Services International and vice president of U.S. sales and operations for Eastman Kodak's printing and publishing division. Hallman, who has served as Presstek CEO for the last three years, will remain on the board of directors.
